Thank you to all that weathered the rain and attended this awesome ceremony and ride. An added treat was the opportunity to hear one of our own GCPG members address the assembled crowd. Dr. Barry Booth is a Veteran of Vietnam, an activist in Veterans Rights and Interests, a key player in securing a National Cemetary in Baldwin County, a key player in the work for the Vietnams Memorial in Mobile, A Board Member of Battleship Alabama Memorial Park, so many other deeds to mention or even know about. Thank you Dr. Booth for your lifes contribution in the interest and preservation of Honor for those that served, and those that gave All. We are proud that you ride with us!!
A note to the other groups/MC's that rode with us (Armed Forces MC, Legacy Riders MC and Devil Dogs MC) , it was an Honor to ride with you.

The Gulf Coast Patriot Guard has been invited to join in an escort Saturday Dec 15th at Mobile National Cemetery for the Wreath Laying Ceremony. The escort will be a very short one, starting a few blocks from and proceeding to the National Cemetery for a very brief ceremony. This ceremony is related to the Wreaths Across America movement, laying wreaths upon the resting places of our Nations Heroes including at Arlington National Cemetary and other National Cemetary's across the Country. Please let me know if you can participate in this noble civic event. An additional email will be sent closer to the date.
***It is very important that we and anyone you know of, participates and brings attention the National Cemetary in Mobile. The Cemetary is lacking additional space for burials. The last few burials are bordering upon the fence as there is literally no space left. There is a project pending for a new National Cemetary to be located on Hwy 225 in Bromley but there seems to be a little red tape involved in getting this very important project to become complete. This project is at the forefront of the Mobile Area Veterans Commision and I am sure that they will appretiate any help!!
